16x16 Tileset Editor

Prototype of Tileset16 editor.  Preview tile on lower left isn't implemented yet.

    The post editor is being reworked. Rolling your own markup will probably still produce the most elegant results, though (and tabbing into Compose mode will still mess it up, which is certainly dodgy).
